OUR FOUNDER - CHERA GIBB
Chera Gibb brings over 20 years of senior global leadership experience in marketing, communications, product development, and sales. Her versatile career spans various industries, including powersports, outdoor equipment, electrical, and hard goods, demonstrating her exceptional ability to quickly master new markets. Chera has represented internationally recognized brands such as Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, EZ-GO, Greenlee, Milwaukee Electric Tool, Arctic-Cat, Bell Helicopter, and FLY Racing, to name a few.
Renowned for her team-building prowess and innovative mindset, Chera consistently challenges the status quo to drive creativity and growth. Her expertise spans both small and large businesses, where she leverages her Six Sigma Black Belt and Continuous Improvement training to identify opportunities for maximizing spending effectiveness and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, Chera shares her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Boise State University and gives back to the community through her volunteer activities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling to visit family and friends in the US and UK, embracing all that life has to offer.
